Parents can request to withdraw their child’s file by submitting an online application through the Ajyalna Parent Portal:

To complete your request, please ensure the following:
- Fill out the withdrawal request form via the online portal
- Settle any outstanding financial obligations
- Attach an acceptance letter from the new school, or an Exit Visa for students leaving the Kingdom, along with a valid residence permit and passport
The Admissions Office will review your request. Please allow at least five (5) business days for processing the withdrawal and preparing the academic file.
If you require documents attested by the Ministry of Education, please note that this process may take additional time.
